- HUSKY Health (Medicaid/The Children’s Health Insurance Program

- If you don't have a current library card you can get one the same day!
- Please bring EITHER a Photo ID with address (such as a driver’s license) issued within the past year OR Current Photo ID AND documentation of your current New Haven address, such as a current bill dated.
