Math Tutoring with New Haven Math Partners In-Person

The library is pleased to offer free tutoring for students in grades 1–12, held from 2:00–4:00 PM in the Young Minds Program Room. With the help of dedicated volunteer tutors, students can work on homework, build confidence in challenging subjects, and prepare for upcoming tests.

Tutoring is available in 30-minute sessions. Registration is required and takes place in person at the Ives Children’s Room. Families will be asked to share their child’s grade, subject area, and learning goals. Registration closes the Thursday before each session.

Students are encouraged to bring their assignments, books, or questions with them so our tutors can provide the best possible support.
