  Meet with a case worker from Liberty Community Services. NHFPL has partnered with Liberty Community Services to make Social Workers available for assistance with a variety of concerns, including: emergency housing, apartment searches and applications, job searches and applications, food pantries, detox, recovery houses, and mental health services counseling.
