Black Women in the American Revolution of 1776 In-Person
Since retiring from a corporate career, Jill Snyder has devoted her time to researching Black history. When it was suggested that she research the experiences of Black women in the Revolutionary War era, she readily said, "Yes!" Through scouring journal articles and books, Jill has discovered stories of daring Black women who, despite the chaos of war, were able to carve out a unique place in history.
