Health Equity Solutions Community Tabling @ Ives In-Person
Health Equity Solutions (HES) wants to hear from Connecticut residents about your thoughts on Health Equity. It’s important for policymakers to hear directly from you to make sure they’re addressing your needs and avoiding any unintended issues. Our organization believes everyone should have a say in the policies that affect their lives. Come by, grab some swag, and take a quick 5-minute survey. As a thank you, you’ll get a $10 Walmart gift card!
