Community Canvas - Build Your Dream City

Something GIANT is coming to the Ives Main Library Children's Room!

Come visit the GIANT Remix station, open during regular operating hours from Saturday, April 5 to Saturday, April 26.

Created by The GIANT Room, an innovation hub for kids, a Build Your Dream City-themed station will be set up. Dream up your own original city that you would like to see come alive on a professionally printed, AI-generated trading card! You will have the opportunity to receive a deck of trading cards featuring characters created by other members of your community.

Then, check back in May and June for new remix stations where you can create a comic strip and invent a new type of tech wearable device, all in partnership with The GIANT Room and CT State Library.
